The Crown Mines Golf Club is a little bit out of the way and is not set in the best scenery but it is easy to book a round and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately the facilities around the clubhouse are not the best and I rated the changing rooms as 5 out of 10. When it came to getting out on the course there was a slight improvement but we had a very slow round and the Tee's were in poor condition. The conclusion of my Crown Mines Golf Club Golf Course Review was that it fun course with some difficult challenges and the 19th hole is nice as you can actualy afford a drink.

In my golf course review of the Zimbali Country Club all I can say is it is the The best estate course I've played! Excellent views! The atmosphere around the course is awesome and everyone is focused on getting out there and playing golf. The course scores 9 out of 10 for everything including greens,tees,bunkers and fairways. The speed of play for a course as difficult as this was excellent and I rated the challenge as 8 out of 10.

In my golf course review of the Simola Golf Estate I thought it was an Excellent course tucked away in the Knysna hills! From the start it was easy to book a round and on arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. To me the putting green was excellent and I rated it 8 out of 10, our game also started on time. The course yardage marking,Fairways,Tees and bunkers all scored 9 out of 10 with the greens scoring 8. As I mentioned the Simola Golf Estate has Spectacular scenery and a really secure environment in which to play golf with a course that presents a difficult challenge.

Whilst doing my golf course review of the Emfuleni Golf Club I discovered it was a Great course with a few holes running alongside the Vaal River. The course is pretty easy to get to getting around on arrival is easy.The Layout and Design of the Course is very clever and is I rated the Challenge presented by the Course as a 7 out of 10. For those of you who like to play in winter just be warned that the greens will get pretty quick and make the course a lot more difficult. The Emfuleni Golf Club is great value for money and is ideal for the budget conscious golfer!

Course not in great shape when I played it 8 years ago. Might have changed.

When I did my Golf Course Review of the Witbank Golf Club I discovered that it is a Nice course and easy to score low as it is not long and when dry there is a lot of run. As the course is set in Witbank the Scenery and Environment are not great but the Layout and Design of the Course is good and it has some very good holes. In my opinion the Witbank Golf Club provide a reasonable challenge for all levels of golfers and it is good value for money.

Whilst doing my Nelspruit Golf Club Golf Course Review of a Bushveld type course I could confirm that it is an Excellent Golf course! The Scenery and Environment is awesome and you don't feel if as if you are playing in a big town.It was easy to book the round and the course is easy to get to, once at the course the staff were very friendly and getting around on arrival was simple. The best feature of the Nelspruit Golf Club were the fairways and I rated these 9 out of 10 the greens and tees were not far behind with an 8 rating. Another great feature of the Course is the 19th hole which keeps up with the great atmosphere around the course and clubhouse.

I established that during my Badplaas Golf Club Golf Course Review that it is a Nice country course! One of the best features f the course is its excellent Layout and Design of the Course which I scored 9 out of 10. In addition to having a good atmosphere the course has an excellent practice range and getting around on arrival is easy. When it comes to the business end of the course the Greens,Bunkers,Fairways and Tees were all in excellent condition and the Badplaas Golf Club is well marked for distances. Last but not least the course has an Excellent bar! ;-) and is great value for money.

Whilst doing my Golf Ball Review of the Srixon Z-STAR X Golf Ball Review I felt that I had Played with "nicer" golf-balls before but in spite of that the ball was good off the Tee and scored well in all other areas including ball flight and trajectory. The Srixon Z-STAR X is Good value for money!! and it last long.

In my Golf Ball Review for the Titleist Prov 1 I felt it had a Very nice feel and I rated this as 10 out of 10 - does not last as long as one would hope! One round of 18 holes and ball needs replacement.Unfortunately the Titleist Prov 1 is Very Pricey though and maybe not the best value for money.
