It was easy to get around the course and I was welcomed warmly on arrival. There is a great Pro shop and the changing rooms are also very good as well as the brilliant putting green and pratice range. The course is set surrounded by lovely scenery and the atmosphere on the course is great for golf. I had a good speed of play during the round as well as a timely tee off and the tees, greens and fairways were all superb. The course yardage marking is good around the course and the layout and design of the course along with the course bunkering presents a real challenge for golfers, there is also a great 19th hole. Facilities are top notch and to my mind there are only two things that you can fault Prince's Grant on. Firstly I think the greens are a bit too slow for a top class course (nothing wrong with their appearance, etc. just very slow probably the type of grass?) and secondly I do think they are a bit expensive. Excellent views! The atmosphere around the course is awesome and everyone is focused on getting out there and playing golf. The course scores 9 out of 10 for everything including greens,tees,bunkers and fairways. It is really beautiful, a great experience and a wonderful challenge. The course scores top marks for its layout and design and even though it is difficult the speed of play during the round is quick.
