Irene is one of the nicest courses in Pretoria to play with fantastic Geography and most of the holes run along the river. Another highlight is the pulpit which finds the tee way above the green and the Golfer need to judge the shot to perfection with a narrow green. This is a great course to play with combination of long and short par 3's and some good par 5's. I love Irene

I love Irene...it is great fun, very pleasant environment, and a reasonable challenge. They don't really have the budget to match the big courses, but still put up a good show
